Everyone could benefit from a good old-fashioned head clearing. And there’s no one better to do that with than Jeff! What he fails to mention in this offer is the benefit you will achieve just spending time in his presence. Get after it. Jeff’s backyard is incredible as is he.

I want to start by saying that working with Jeff was not what I expected. It was significantly better, and MORE than I’d been hoping for.

I’d been struggling in my career for several years. I wasn’t necessarily lacking direction, but I kept finding myself in workplaces where there were few opportunities for growth and where I rarely received positive feedback. I was feeling broken down, questioning my own worth, and unsure of how to make a change. Working with Jeff reminded me that one, my value exists beyond my career, and two, I *was* doing good work. His mantra of “be curious” helped me to approach each interaction at my job with an open mind, learn what I could from the situation, and assess if it was where I wanted to be. Through this practice, I determined that I wanted to search for something new, but staying curious allowed me to continue to grow and learn in a position that wasn’t a great fit until I found something better – which actually happened rather quickly!
