With over 25 years in operational leadership, relationship management, and sales roles at J.P. Morgan, Citigroup, and State Street Bank — combined with 20 years of backcountry wilderness experience — Jeff translates the challenges and simplicity of the outdoors into tools for navigating the complexity of modern business and life.


For the past 15 years as an executive coach, his approach has helped professionals, entrepreneurs, and creators discover clarity, resilience, and transformation. The trail and the boardroom are not so different: both demand focus, courage, and the willingness to take the next step.
